To register, fill out:
- the junior lifeguard application
- Junior Guard dates will be from June 4, 2018 though July 13, 2018
Available spots are limited and filled on a first come basis. No incomplete registration will be accepted. Payment should be made in the form of a check or money order payable to “GIBP Jr. Lifeguard Day Camp”. No refunds will be made after the first day of the camp. No prorating or late fees. No exceptions on age limitations. If your child is unable to pass the requirements specified, we will request a refund for you from the Park Board of Trustees. Please allow three to four weeks for receipt of refund checks.

Because Junior Guards is held in an environment where injuries can occur, it is important for all participants to obey the rules of the Junior Guard Program. Be sure to thoroughly read over the Rules and have both the participant and parent/guardian sign at the bottom. The rules acknowledgment is included in the application.
At any point during the program, if you would like your child to walk home after the day’s activities, please sign and return the Permission to Walk Home Letter with your application materials.
